I must say, my stay at the hotel was quite a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location is really convenient, right across from a mall with great restaurants nearby and not too noisy from the airport, but the view from my room facing the atrium wasn't the best. The services, especially from valet Jerald and Whitney, were top-notch, but the room was directly across from an elevator, which wasn't ideal.
